The Octopus Anthology (2023-present) is an annual project to support the craft of writers, poets, and book artists. Each year, an open call for writers is made and from those submissions, the book is made! The Octopus Anthology is an open edition and continually supports these creatives through generous and equitable profit sharing, and all writers maintain the publication rights to their work. The Octopus Anthology naturally supports marginalized voices in horror, thriller, and mystery genres with a majority of submissions coming from the queer, trans, and BIPOC communities.
All previous anthologies are available for purchase, and if you would like to subscribe to receive a new anthology each year that option is also available. Volume 1 (2023)- Volume 1 contains stories and poems submitted by writers Alexander Arce, Tessa Clawson, and Emiland Kray.
Volume 2 (2024)- Volume 2 contains stories and poems submitted by writers Alexander Arce, Trung Hua, and Emiland Kray
Volume 3 (2025)- Volume 3 includes stories and poems from Alexander Arce, Emilee Prado, KT Violet, Emiland Kray, and Eric Williamson.
